Civil

Anyone involved in a civil suit likely has an attorney to represent them legally. More and more plaintiffs, though, are finding that consulting with a civil investigator as well as an attorney can produce better legal results.

There are a number of civil cases that can be helped along with a civil investigation: Child custody and recovery cases, Corporate Cases, Missing person's cases, and Personal Injury cases. Anyone involved in a civil suit should speak to their attorney to find out what steps are being taken to gather evidence for the case. Plaintiffs may want to spend extra time talking to an investigator on their own if they need additional evidence or worry about the quality of evidence gathered by the attorney's own investigative team.Read more...

Criminal

Our investigators assist in preparing criminal defenses, locating witnesses, serving legal documents, interviewing police and prospective witnesses, and gathering and reviewing evidence. Legal investigators also may collect information on the parties to a litigation, take photographs, testify in court, and assemble evidence and reports for trials. We often work for law firms or lawyers.

Our investigators must be mindful of the law in conducting investigations. We keep up with Federal, State, and local legislation, such as privacy laws and other legal issues affecting their work. The legality of certain methods may be unclear, and our investigators will make judgment calls in deciding how to pursue a case.Read more...

Domestic

Our investigators are trained to perform physical surveillance, which may be high tech or low tech. They may observe a site, such as the home of a subject, from an inconspicuous location or a vehicle. Using photographic and video cameras, binoculars, cell phones, and GPS systems, detectives gather information on an individual. Surveillance can be time consuming to collect evidence properly so that they do not compromise its admissibility in court.

We have access to private investigator based computer databases and searches, that the public does not, which allow them to quickly obtain massive amounts of information. Because of the nature of our work, we often end up testifying in court about our cases. A good private investigator can confidentially get you the answers you need, quickly, accurately and affordably. Read more...
